hello i bought the archer c9 a few months back i am very pleased with the item. the issue occurred yesterday where the internet does not work if the wifi signal is on. wether it be the 2.4 or the 5. also the internet drops every few minutes even with the wifi signal is off. i have tried everything

-upgraded firmware
-connected modem straight to computer (works perfectly full speed)
-reset the modem
-reset the router
-swapped out rj-45 cables
-contacted tp-link tech support

with all these done the issue still persists

please help

I have a new Archer C9, v1 just bought this week from amazon. I took the same troubleshooting steps as you did and I have unexpected dropouts as well. One minute everything is going ok, and then bam - no internet. I have to go back to reconnect to the network.
