Need help for external long distance connection - TL-WR941HP

I have a house that is about 500m of air distance from my barn. I decided that I want internet connection to have some IP cams in my barn (so that I can check what is going on with the horses at any time).
Which solution would be the best? I need a stable connection of 10 MB/s for the camera system to work smoothly.
I was thinking to buy two TL-WR941HP units plus two point to point external antennas. Does that sound like a good idea? Or should I use something else?
Which external antennas can I use with the TL-WR941HP?
Also where can a buy a TL-WR941HP in Europe?
