I have bought this to enable my new franking machine to work on wifi.

I followed instructions for the quick access but pressing the WPS button on the router didn't work so started on the longer version.
I thought all went well as it went to "100%" after I hit Finish but then there was no signal showing at all on the RE blue bit- no lights there.

I guessed the problem was that I had used the wrong password when requested for the router. I had thought it meant the password I had just set up, but thinking about it, it probably meant the internet password.

So I tried to go back in to change it.
But I either get an incomprehensible message about not being able to do it while connected - so I tried conneced, unconnected, wifi, no wifi, through my own internet- no joy. Or the Internet went off. It kept saying it was open but no internet.

What do I need to do?
