i get the above no internet access symbol once in a day then i have to resetup router and reconnect on WAN setting of router and then the router starts.

is the entire tplink archer series or the tplin routers with usb port faulty or defective cos one of my friend downgraded and replaced his c20 router because of this issue.

please help.

so your technical support gave me this -

:" Dear sir,
we request you to hard reset device and reconfigure it.
Reset the device: Directly press and hold the RESET button on the rear panel/panel layout with a pin for approximately 6 to 10 seconds when the device is running. Release the reset button and wait for the device to reboot. If you can see all the lights flashing, then go off and some lights go back on slowly during the process that means the device has been reset successfully."


but it didnt work for me...

1. when the home power is off and when it returns, the router internet light is orange and internet is off.


2. When the internet is off from my ISP's end and it returns, the router internet light is orange and internet is off.


in both scenarios, i had to got0.....

192.168.1.1 > WAN > reconnect
[*] QUICK SETUP > Enter username and pw > select 2.4ghz and 5ghz > setup finished > save
i have to go through both the steps every time. in my earlier tp link router, i had to just switch off the router for few seconds and then switch on, that too sometimes.



now, i dont want to waste my time.


Is there any patch or upgrade (.exe) file which can solve this?


if not then,



will i get a replacement or refund?

[*]will i get replacement or refund from reliance digital or tplink? thus, should i goto reliance digital shop or tp link service center.if so, then send me tplink service center address in thane (West).

[*]Is this happening because tplink routers are not compatible with few ISP's in mumbai? mine is 'FIVENETWORK'



if replaceable, then which is the foolproof model under rs.2000/- u would suggest? i would prefer a model with usb port but if not that then which one?


i was using TP Link WR 940N for 4 years, since last 1 month it used to disconnect on its own and many a times i had to restart it 6-7 times a day, thus i bought this new TP archer c20 N750 just a week ago.


please, im fed up now, everytime i cant run the setup and if im not there in the house then my parents will not be able to do this. secondly, i have to be on skype meetings, online courses etc, this kind of glitch will ruin everything for me.
