I have a problem with the LAN port, first port to wan port light on, either cabel plug on or not, other ports works fine, I can not access the router via the LAN, the wireless works ok and i can accessed through a wireless to router. i configure my nic with ip 192.168.0.5 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.0.1 but i cant accees via lan ports i try everything restart to defaults but nothing helps... any idea what might be the problem?

Hello,

Check the pins status into the connector, if there is nothing, probably an internal malfunction requires a RMA.

Try before an hard reset with the back button.

I restart 2-3 times to the default factory settings back on the router, but the port is still running, can you explain what it means RMA?

RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization
You have to ask a replacement to your vendor or to TP-Link...

I ALSO FACE SAME ISSUE...BUT I HAVE A SOLUTION...YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR PC/LAPTOP LAN TO THAT 1 NO PORT(WHICH NOT WORKING) OF YOUR ROUTER,THEN SWITCH ON YOUR ROUTER,YOU SEE THAT 1 NO PORT NOT BLINK,THEN YOU CONFIGURE YOUR ROUTER THROUGH MOBILE OR ANY OTHER DEVICE WITH ANOTHER PORT OF YOUR ROUTER,I ALSO DO SAME THINGS ON MY TP LINK ROUTER,IT WORKED..

BUT THESE SITUATION HAVE ONE MAZOR PROBLEM,THAT IS WHENEVER YOU NEED TO USE YOUR ROUTER ,YOU NEED TO PLUG YOUR 1 NO LAN PORT TO OTHER POWERED ON( PC/LAPTOP) LAN PORT.

ONE DAY IN MY PLACE HAPPEN HEAVY THUNDERSTORM,AFTER THAT I THINK MY THESE PORT OF TP LINK ROUTER MAY BE SHORT CERCUIT.
