I'm trying to update my firmware on a TL-WR940N v3 in Canada. The web site at http://www.tplink.ca/en/download/TL-WR940N_V3.html#Firmware shows the latest Firmware is

The update won't work, because of:
The file name I've extracted from the ZIP file is
wr940nv3_ca_3_16_9_up_boot(160408).bin
Any ideas how I can do this update?
It's ironic that this article http://www.komando.com/columns/374999/one-thing-your-router-needs-now-to-keep-hackers-out which inspired me to seek the update nails the fact that it's so clunky to update firmware. It's a huge pain in the butt even to create an account on this support forum and post in the right sub-forum. No wonder hackers pwn routers so easily!
