I am changing from a d-link to a tp-link. I cannot find where to set up the notifications.

I used to receive alarms everytime my router went offine and everytime a new person access my router. I used to get an email and pop up notification on my android phone.

I want to do that with this more expensive router but I can't find the settings to do this or the information online.
