WR740N DHCPC Unicasting a release of 192.168.6.109 to 192.168.6.1

Hardware Version : V4
Firmware Version : 3.18.0 Build 150518 Rel.54410n (BETA)

I am getting some strange command showing on the log of router WR740N where the IP range does not match anything I am using:
My LAN range enabled on DHCP is 192.168.9.100 to 192.168.9.112
I see other lan ranges in the logs as below ( DHCPC Unicasting a release of 192.168.6.109 to 192.168.6.1)
