How to port foward on Tp Link Archer D5 V2 Router

How to port foward on Tp Link Archer D5 V2 Router
Model : Archer D5 V2
Hardware Version : Archer D5 v2 00000000
Firmware Version : 0.3.0 0.9.1 v0043.0 Build 160517 Rel.60109n
ISP : Telstra
Eveything is fine but its asking for an internal ip. Now i assume an internal ip is the ipv4 on cmd. I put that in and the port didnt open. So i tried the external ip and an error comes up saying "The IP address is not on the same subnet with LAN IP address. Please input another one."
I put in the routers ip and the ports still do not open. I use the minecraft ports because they are easy to test.
