WR-740N Access Control rule by domain

Why is blocking by domain not working as expected? As it seems from the manual it should block all URLs which domain contain the line.
However, when I try to block domain msnbot-191-232-139-141.search.msn.com (191.232.139.141 ) by creating rule with msnbot value, it is not blocked in fact!
When I ping 191.232.139.141 it is perfectly accessible.
