Model : RE200 AC750

My understanding is that connecting to wifi via a wireless repeater reduces throughput with about 50%. But, do connecting to the ethernet connection on the range extender (AC750) avoid that? Eg. will have the full performance of the original network? If anyone have any insight on this to share it's appreciated.

it's right,in theory.
but the extender connect to router wirelessly so it needs some extra bandwidth.the throughput may lower then the original but higer than wireless.
