Put aside the professional bokeh skill in photography, you can still add bokeh to photo with some bokeh effect software for enhancing aesthetic enjoyment and highlighting yourself among a messy background. To create bokeh photo effects, I recommond a bokeh editor - Watermark Software which makes the retouch work extremely simple: Load photo into bokeh photo editor > press "Effect" tab and click the bokeh filter "Bokeh" > use the bokeh brush to paint the part you want to highlight and click OK > finally, specify your output folder and start to make a background bokeh on your photo. No complicated operations like other professional photo editor, only a few mouse clicks to complete it.
