Archer C8 flashed as C9 (how 2 comeback)

after 'bricking' my archer c8 V1 (with the actual C8 v1 firmware), i bought a ttl interface and flashed a c9 stripped firmware. ...because i did not find any c8 stripped firmware.
flash -noheader 192.1.1.1:12.bin flash0.trx
flash -noheader -offset=0xfe0000 192.1.1.1:mtd3.bin flash0
after that, i wanted to go the actual c8 Firmware with flash over web-ui, but that causes a 'wrong firmware' ---> C9<->C8 mismatch. so i flashed the actual C9 (160517).
is there a way to go back to the Archer c8 - Firmware? the labeled C9 runs normal.
