Firmware Version :

ISP :

I do have a TL-WA901ND and a KPN Experiabox V10 (modem/router), and I want to define two SSID's.
The first SSID for myself with access to the Internet and to my network, printer, PC, NAS and so on.
[*]The second SSID for my guests with only access to the Internet and not to my network.
All my hardware and also the
TL-WA901ND is connected to a NetGear Gifgabit Ethernet Switch wich is connected to my Experiabox.

I belive my Experiabox does not support VLAN.

Can I give my guestst Wifi Internet without access to my private stuff?

Please answers in Dummy language.

Thanks,

Rob

No, you can't do that without VLANs. You would need two or more Ethernet ports/cables to be able to assign different SSIDs to different ports/cables. That's exactly what VLANs do: they assign kind of virtual "cable" connections on only one physical port/cable.

About this issue I'm interested too, so, having a switch with VLAN feature available and the TL-WA901ND set on AP, how is it possible to get a separate guest wi-fi connection to the main home LAN architecture and wi-fi connection?
