Hello,

I've just picked up a TP-Link Archer C9 and I've set it up a few times and updated the firmware but for some reason, I can't see the 2.4GHz band. I can only see the 5GHz option.

Has anyone come across this before or do you think it's a hardware fault?

are you sure you enable the 2.4Ghz? maybe you could try to reset the router.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I did try resetting it and 2.4 was enabled but in the end I just manually selected a different channel and it then appeared so there must have been a conflict.
