It depends on the working mode you chose. If the access point works in AP mode by default, then the default login domain name must be tplinkap.net (recommended, and you can find that on the label at the back of the router).
If the domain name doesn't make a sense, it's recommended to check the arp list with command. Here we take Windows OS as an example, input 'cmd' in the Search bar, and open the cmd.exe application. Then input 'arp -a', press Enter. There will be a list of arp table (see attached image). Please find the physical address which also called MAC address on the router's label, and find the IP address that matches the MAC address on the arp table. Then login the access point with that IP address.
In addition, need to pay attention that, in some working mode such as Bridge with AP, the access point will not have a DHCP server thus will not assign an IP address to your computer. In this case, you need to manually set up a static IP address on your computer to login (same network segment with your front-end router).

Ok. I opend http://www.tplinkap.net/ and I got this website (attached). Is this helpful?
In addition I secceded in opening the arp -a table. I couldn't find an address that matchs the MAC address on the back of the access point. I hope I did everything right. Im sorry. I'm not so good with computer language. I can upload a print screen if that helps you help me.
Thank you.

It seems strange.
However, it's recommended to reset the AP (find the reset button and press&hold for about 10 seconds to reset it) and follow the FAQ link below to configure the AP:
