Need some help here. I'm currently in Japan, I have Local Japan internet service in which I have my local internet service login and password logged into my router. The service works just find with the wireless with computes and IPODS. Here is the issue, I just picked up a SAMSUNG SMART TV UN55JS7000FXZA, the TV is picking up the wireless internet, however it keeps telling me that the internet service is unstable and to check the internet settings.
I have spoken with SAMSUNG and I was informed that the TV has the updated software on it, which we checked and then I cannot the internet provider and they told since the IPODS an COMPUERS ARE working there is no issues with the internet. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Which wireless band do you connect the TV to? 2.4GHz or 5GHz?
And what's the distance between the TV and the router?
If possible, you can wired the TV directly to the front-end modem router (not the TP-Link router) if any and check whether this issue still exists.

I connect to the5Gz and no luck, switched to the 2.4GHz also with no luck. The router is less than 5 steps from the TV. I tried to connect directly to the TV with the Japan modem also and no luck. Tried taking with the interne provider, but was told nothing was wrong with the modem and signal was being set and since the computer can hook up direct and the wireless signal is working to check the set up in the router. \
When I hooked up direct to the modem I received a ISP error and the internet provider did not know why that was happening.

Using the 5GHz. I have used the 2.4GZ also with no luck. I called the internet service provider and told them that the TV would not connect direct to the modem, I was told that there is no issue with the service. If the computer can connect direct and connect via wireless. When I connect direct I get an ISP error, when I go wireless I get an error that the internet is unstable. I spoke with Samsung and was told that I have the current update program running on the TV also. there is about 5 steps that the TV is from the router.
still not working.

Do you know Japanese? If yes, it's recommended to post the ISP error here as well. Maybe the ISP provides PPPoE connection to you.
Regardless of these, have you got any problems when watching TV although it notifies internet unstable?

The ISP error is 205. I do not speak any Japanese. Now, I do know that I have the modem log-in and password set up in the router and I cannot set a VPN log-in and password. I'm able to set up my stream and run it from the HDMI on the TV and it works fine.

Then it seems hard to define what the problem is as everything works just fine.
Or you can ask the TV technical support for how the TV detects the internet connection is stable or not. Or how to disable such notification popping up all the time.
