We need to realize a local wifi network WITHOUT internet sharing, using 15 simultaneouses wifi connections.
Question is:
is it possible using this device without a SIM card?

Hi, I think it is ok to use M7350 that way.All devices connected to M7350 are belonged to same subnet, so all devices can connect with each other.
