Sure. Just enable the TL-WA901's DHCP server in AP mode, so that the wireless clients can dynamically get an IP if they don't use static (fixed) IPs. As for the camera and the AP itself it's best to use static IPs to be able to reach them directly.

But if you meant a different wireless network ("camera network") with the term "client wifi", then you have to use Multi-SSID and VLANs. If the camera doesn't support VLANs, you will have to use a VLAN-capable switch between TL-WA901 and the camera, e.g. a TL-SG108E (note the "E"). In this case I'm not so sure that the TL-WA901 can provide DHCP services in one of several networks only - so make sure you read the TL-WA901 manual before trying.

I hope to understanded the second case...
My case is simple... all clients have a secondary usb wifi only for access the AP and view the ip camera.
I think to choose the TL-WA801model (difference is only 300mbs otherwise 450mb?)...hope is still ok...

Thanks for help!

Should be possible. The TL-WA801 also has a DHCP server on board. See http://static.tp-link.com/res/down/doc/TL-WA801ND(EU)_V3_UG.pdf , page 25ff.
