Check with the following setting for WAN -
Secondary Connection - Disabled
Connection Mode - Always On
Max Idle Time - 0
Authentication Type - AUTO_AUTH
Regards.
We can't able to change Max Ideal Time as 0 when Connection Mode as "Always On". So, I made connection Mode as "Manual" and then change the value of Max Ideal as 0 then after I am facing same problem....

May I know your internet connection type? Is it Dynamic IP or PPPoE? How often does it drop the internet?
As for the Connection Mode, you can select On Demand and set the value as 0.

Resolved !!
Finally, I am relieved of connecting and disconnecting the router manually from the WAN section.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Download the new firmware from the link provided by @kk99226 and upgrade the router firmware. ( Please read the firmware upgrade steps and notes from the official docs before upgrading )
2. Perform these steps:
Secondary Connection - Disabled
Connection Mode - Connect on demand
Max Idle Time - 0
Authentication Type - AUTO_AUTH
3. Reboot/Restart the router and that's it.
Now the router would connect to the internet automatically on every boot.
[ Warning: After upgrading the firmware the router was out of configuration ie The router was completely factory reset and I had to manually re-configure it again ]

The drive link is not working. Can you look into this if possible?
I am having the exact same problem even if I have exchanged it twice !
