I just bought tp link c3200

Access control is not working probably , blocked device can't access the internet but can access other devices connected in the network

parental control is not working

any help

As for Access Control, it only blocks internet access for the blocked devices.
If you don't want the device to connect the router, it's recommended to use MAC Filter under Wireless menu.

As for Parental Control, may I know what's your setup?

What does "internet access" mean to TP-link? When i use Parental controls blocked devices cant use browser to access internet but they can still use Facebook and Instagram,
Pretty useless "Parental control" if you ask me.

To be honest i do have the same issue, when i set Parental Control to turn off the internet after for example 22:00hours it doesn't i've even tried different times but it seems the parental control is not working at all or it has a bug. really need help on this issue so i can shut out the internet from the kids mobiles and Xbox. after 10pm
