RE355 Range Extender Disappear from the Wifi List After Configuration

Hi,
I 'm having trouble in setting up my RE355 extender. Before the configuration I can see the extender from the list of my available wife's but as soon as the extender is configured/connected it disappears from the list. The circle light, the 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and Power LED light are in solid blue. I don't know what to do next, I already trued browsing for the same problem but couldn't find any. Please help and thanks in advance.
