Only two units have internet connection

Hi. For about 1 year ago, we bought a new TP-link router and it worked just fine until october, when the connection started to get really unstable. This has been going on for some time, on and of, but when we tried to reset the router a couple of days ago, we got a new problem: only two units have internet connection. So, if one mac and one pc is online, the third mac is not, and the other way around. This includes mobile phones and other stuff, such as Playstation for instance.
When we called our supplier, they said that the connection seemed good, and that this problem had to do with the router, not them (Canal Digital) or the modem (which is brand new, bought from CD).
