I have the Archer C5400 v1. Your website says that we shouldn't update the firmware with different regions. I see several firmware updates for the US but none for Canada. Is the US firmware ok to install in Canada?

The current firmware installed on my router is 1.0.1 Build 20160901 Rel. 33797(CA) but the firmware on the website is:
Archer C5400(US)_V1_160601 which seems to be prior to the firmware on my router. Can you please confirm? If it's more recent I'm assuming I can install it. The only reason I ask is you say not to install any firmware not from your country.

What's the diff between the US firmware and the Canadian version for the C5400 V1? I suspect not much, but looking for an expert opinion. They seem to have more recent updates versus what I saw in the CA build.

MU-MIMO does not seem to be available for Canada

There is no way to update the firmware fro CA and the last version does not seem to have MU-MIMO enabled. Any trick that I can upload US version over CA version?

Us version is only for US users. Seems the router will not accept the wrong version, or will damage the router. Don't want to do that, and that is not included in warranty.
