I have router TL-WR841HP, when trying to disable DHCP it gets processed and falls on a gray screen with the following saying "The connection has been reset" and a drawing of a sad face. I can not disable DHCP in any way. I've rebooted with factory default and still can not.

Do you have latest firmware on the router?

If you disable DHCP in LAN settings of the TL-WR841, you will need another DHCP server running somewhere in your LAN or use a static IP on your PC to avoid the "connection reset" error message, which actually comes from your browser, not from the router. See page 47 in the TL-WR841 User Guide.

I assume that @ guathan know it :)

Then why he asks? ECONNRESET is thrown in the browser if for example there is no valid IP address set, e.g. wrong subnet. That's the first thing to check, especially if " disabling DHCP gets processed".

Yes, I first modified the LAN by putting the IP of my other router, after that I went to disable my DHCP and it falls on the gray screen. What I want is to put 2 routers in my house to increase the distance from my wifi.So I have a main modem / router and TPLink as a secondary.

Then you should connect the TL-WR841 (secondary router) to the first router by connecting both LANs after you did disable DHCP on the second router. See http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-417.html for a recipe how to do this. Make sure the IPs of both routers are in the same subnet.
