Model : Archer C5400

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version : 1.0.2 Build 20160831 Rel. 65951

ISP :

I turn on the acces controll using white list. But, it dos not work propertly: i can acces the network even if mac adress is not in white list.

Any suggestions?

Have no idea. But this is very bad news for the product, if access control does not work propertly, the router if useless...

Hardware version is 1 and location is Czech republic, resp. EU, no new firmware is available...

Can I install US firmware?

Do you have ipv6 services?
Currently the access control feature is only feasible for ipv4 websites.
If the device has an ipv6 address, it will be able to get internet via ipv6 connection although not involved in whitelist.

No, ipv6 service is turned off.
