I am right now planning to buy a new wifi router for my home and I am not in a mood to buy expensive one as I and my husband are the ones which use wifi. This website is suggesting that TP-Link N300 is the best budget wifi router. I would like to know others view point about it.

It depends on your network environment.
1. N300 is a single band router which only creates a 2.4GHz wireless signal, which means that you will not be able to connect a 5GHz network.
2. The N300 router only has a maximum throughput of 100Mbps due to the 100Mbps megabit WAN port. Thus if your internet service provider provides a bandwidth of more than 100Mbps, then it's recommended to purchase a wireless router with Gigabit WAN port.
