I want to know TP-Link TL-WR740N Wireless N Router have bandwidth manager to control bandwidth per device?
if not please suggest me a router with bandwidth manager where i can control bandwidth per device.

You have to know that WR740N has a weak processor and sometimes they don't give advice to share high-speed internet.
