Upgrade attempt from local server says "Incompatible Firmware"

My current FW:
M7350(EU) 3.20_1.1.2 Build 160919 Rel.1013n
I'm trying to update to:
M7350(EU) 3.20_1.1.3 Build 161226 Rel.1018n
BUT somewhere around 40% the process cuts out and says "Incompatible with this firmware version"
I've tried both via USB and WiFi.
Is this really the wrong firmware?
