Range Extender won't connect to new router

Help neededI have a range extender which used to be connected to a plusnet router. We have just had a new EE router and I have tried to connect the extender to it, the same way as originally done by pressing the button on the router and also pressing the middle button on the extender. The RE light flashes and so does the wifi button on the router but nothing else.What am I doing wrong and how can I get the extender to work.Many thanks in advanceVixen
