i am using router TP-WA701ND. but unable to set password trough IP adress.

I think that your problem is in subnet on your computer.

Possible problems:
1. Your computer does not have an ip address in the 192.168.0.x subnet range.
2. There is also another device (maybe another AP) in the network with the same IP.
