tp-link archer c3150 Version 1 firmware revision question

I purchased the c3150 router today and received a version 1(I'm in canada).
the firmware on it seems newer than what is on the website, can anyone confirm if I have the latest firmware or if the firmware on the website is newer? The versioning on the firmware on my router seems newer than what is on the website:
My router:
0.9.1 0.1 v005f.0 Build 160713 Rel.34628n
website shows 160707

where are the release notes for 160713 and the firmware download for it? Why does it appear the website has an older version? (160707)
