TL-WR802n LED is steadily blinking even though I am connected to the network.

Have a brand new TL-WR802n that I have connected to a wifi hotspot router. I am successfully connected to the network and I am able to get out to the "internet" however the LED is constantly blinking instead of glowing solid which the manual indicates should be the case.
"Solid: The device is working properly. "
"Blinking: System is booting.The Ethernet Cable is connecting to the product."
Just curious if there is a 3rd status or do I have a faulty device? It is clearly "working properly" but yet the LED is blinking.
