TP Link PB50 Charging mobile very slow

i have been using TP Link PB50 (10000 mAh) power bank .. it was working flawlessly...
few days ago it become very slow to charge the mobile... like if i m chatting with plugged in the power bank .. the battery percentage decreases instead of increasing...
i try to change the data cables.. but same result...
anyone know how to resolve this ?
