Hi everybody,

I am new to these forums and have a little issue.
I bought a TL-WA860RE v2 in order to extend the existing Wifi at my parents' flat.

Now we were trying to configure it according to the quick installation guide and user guide. I also verified the information via the Internet.
As the existing access point is rather old, there is no WPS button.
The connection was established using a computer via WLAN (also: using the ethernet cable). The login page loads just fine.
Problem: The provided initial credentials "user name: admin | password: admin" are rejected. We reset the range extender several times, but are now up to seven failed logins (three tries left). Typos are out of the equation. We tried accessing the range extender via the IP-Link and the provided address and of course got to the selfsame login page.

What can we do in order to get this up and running?
