VoiP and Video calling trouble!!

Hey,
I have a TP-Link AC750 dual band router at my home. It works perfectly with almost everything, good signal strength, good youtube streaming, download and upload speed and almost everything is good.
The exception happens with VoiP using Skype for business or Google Hangouts. The trouble happens at home only, my laptop works perfectly at office. I contacted ISP to know if there is any problem from their part, but they said everything is fine. So I have only one thing to troubleshoot the issue, the router.
I know there are a few settings in the router that can affect the VoIP and Video calling, but don’t know how to tweak them. I can’t even identify if they are wrongly configured currently. Can someone help me identify the issue?
