Archer C1200 Intermittently Restarting Services like NAT, Security, Locale and Parental Control

Can someone help or tell me why my Archer C1200 router keep restarting its internal services every few interval? The services like NAT, Access Control, Parental Control and Locale. If you see the screenshot, the Locale is keep changing to "en_US" although nothing is being set. And every hours the NAT service is flushed, initialised or enable repeatedly.
I believe this internal service keep restarting is causing my connection drop, jitter and delay during my online battle game. I'ts really frustrated my ISP given such router.
