TL-WR802N shows on wireless but cannot access admin part on browser

I am trying t o get the TL-WR802N unit to connect to my windows10 64bit computer. I see the link on the wireless network and it connects. But when trying to access it on both Firefox and Exlorer ( IP address http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.0.1 into the address bar) it fails. I have an Olive heating oil monitor which needs to be setup via my EE 4G broadband. The link just doesn't happen. I am a novice in this area and followed the instruction for making this a client.
