Hello support ( does a support exist here? I begin to wonder if this site really provides support...),

It happens that - if I set the IP TV to "enabled" - after few minutes my VR2800 simply slow down the internet connections (almost to 0 kbs); if I reboot it then it return to work fine, but for 20 minutes only.... then I need to reboot it again.
I can't use my internet connection this way (so I need to disable IP TV feature).

Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Suggestions?

What other settings did you setup on the IPTV setup page? Is it ADSL or VDSL? Do you lose all the internet access on wired and wireless devices? When you lose internet connection, does the modem still have internet IP address?

Thanks for answering.
I simply set IPTV on ADSL, LAN port (mine is 3), VPI (8) and VCI (35) of my provider.
I lose the whole internet connection, both wireless and wired.
I need to check if the modem keeps an IP address...

so you have iptv services? who is the provider? check the iptv configuration with them first.
