I am a total noob in this case. Help me!
I recently got a wireless router from TP-LINK the TL-WR840N, before that I used to connect to internet directly through a media converter which looks like this

I used to connect through PPPOE with the username and password provided by my ISP.
My motive is to use the TL-WR840N as a Wi-Fi router for providing internet to my mobile devices and connect my desktop to internet using the Ethernet port.
I tried a few things but that didn't work out, every little help is appreciated!
