HOW TO KNOW IF My ROUTER IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE root router FOR WDS{wireless distribution system } SO THAT I CAN BUY A COMPATIBLE ROUTER...
SECOND QUESTION IS THAT after wds DOES THE INTERNET SPEED REMAINS SAME OR IT BECOMES SLOWER....

If you just want to extend the wifi range, it's suggest to use Wi-Fi Extender, normally the extenders have no compatibility issue with routers.
The speed from the extender may remain same or become slow, it depends on the internet speed from the router and the wireless adapter in the extender.
