Using M7350 with ExpressVPN to use Sky Go Outside UK through Android Phone

I recently purchased the M7350 so I could use it in Turkey. It is fitted with a UK bought Vodafone data only SIM and everything works fine. I can connect all my devices including a Smart TV. What I am trying to do is run the Sky Go app (and BBC iPlayer) on my Android phone and cast it to the TV using a Chromecast. Unfortunately the apps will not run as I am outside the UK. Would it be possible to use ExpressVPN to overcome this problem and, if so, how would I do it?
