No firmware for range extender

Hoping someone will help. I've been sent, by TP, a firmware upgrade for TL-WA830RE range extender. But everytime I open it, it goes to 'photo viewer'. I've tried getting the upgrade from the web site but the same thing happens. Any ideas??
