Model : Archer C2600

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version : 1.1.8

ISP : Rogers

Wifi on 5G disconnects frequently since last 5 days, previously it was working fine. Mine a windows 10 relatively new laptop. I contact Microsoft and tech support reinstalled Windows 10 and said this should resolve the issue but after almost 2 hours the wifi disconnect issue remains.

Any suggestions please.

How about your other phones, laptops? Are they also disconnecting? If only the windows 10 is disconnecting, you may need to check the driver of wireless adapter or other settings on windows 10.

All other devices are working well on 5G. My driver for Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 is uptodate. However it is capable of 433 Mbps max. Not sure what other settings adjustment is required.

You can try change the Channel and Channel Width of the 5GHz on the router. But your other devices are working well, then I think still some issue on the wireless adapter on your laptop.
