[Problem] Model TL-WR1043ND keep reboot itself every several seconds.

I can get myself online when directly plug the lan cable into the notebook but not though the router.
The whole indication light are normal at first but suddenly all switched on and off in 1 sec.
The router seems to reboot itself and the above situation repeat again after every ~10 sec.
If anyone can give me some help on this I would greatly appreciate it.
