I bought this adapter TL-WN722N V1 and it just doesn't work with the program that comes with it.It simply stays stuck in the advanced menu.I installed all the drivers that were on the forum and it still doesn't work.I also spoke to live chat with TP Link He joined in the PC through the teamviewer He installed all the drivers just as I did and it still didn't work.He said there might be a problem with windows.At that time I had windows 8.1 Enterprise.He recommended me to change the windows and now I have 8.1 Pro and I have the same problem.What could I do?

that program is not a must to use wifi. you can use the built in windows utility to connect wifi. http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-552.html
if you want to use that program, just uninstall it then reinstall, not the driver. btw, I don't see the program for win 8.1, it may not be compatible

On theconnections don't appear to connect with the adapter.I changed the windows to fix this problem but it still happens.When I try to connect from the adapter He puts me to connect/disconnect from the broadband.

Check you have installed the driver succcessfully or not. http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-284.html If not, shut down firewall and uninstall anti-virus software if any, then reinstall the driver. Find the public driver from the internet according to chip set AR9271 and install it.
