Hi,

I've started having some strange problem with my Archer C7 (AC1750) router - when I try to login with correct password I get "The connection was reset" Firefox screen or "The page isn't working, 192.168.1.1 didn't send any data". But when I enter wrong password I get the normal TP-Link login site with info that the password was incorrect. What happened? Everything was working fine until now. What's more strange - when I try to login on different laptop (Windows) it says there can be only one administrator logged in to the admin dashboard.

did you reboot the router? if there is not internet at all, hard reset the router. if you don't want to reset, disconnect the router from your modem first, connect only one pc to the router to login. contact tplink support if no luck
