Hi there,

I am using a wifi-extender. If I connect through my wifi router's WPS function, how do I actually know whether I am connected through the router or the extender?

Thanks

I think you're actually connected to your router. router is the DHCP server to set IP address to your devices. it's like one network with two different network name, when the two network names are the same, you don't simply tell which one you are connected to. There are some software or application on the internet that can tell you the MAC address of the network you're conencted to, and you can identify them if you know each MAC address. Simple way is to set different network names
