Archer C60 - How to block outbound traffic on port 53 (and possibly other ports)

Hopefully a simple question to answer, however I see no way to do this.
All firewalls have the ability to block traffic on certain ports, it seems the default for the C60 that all outbound traffic is allowed.
How can I block outbound traffic on a specific port (in this case port 53 - dns)
