I have my laptop connected to my TL-WR940N and I have my desktop connected to my virgin media superhub which has internet access.
I have followed the instructions from the TPLink website to setup the wireless bridge mode.
On my laptop I can ping anything inside the network, however I cannot ping anything outside my network eg. google.
When I do, I get an error saying "192.168.0.48: Destination net unreachable". 192.168.0.48 is the ip of my TL-WR940N.
When I ping google using the url it says it cannot find the DNS, but when I ping it using the ip for google, I get the above error.
I can ping across my wireless bridge eg. the superhub, my desktop.

How can I get access to the internet via my wireless bridge?

Thanks,
Matt =)

Hi Matt, I think it may be because your IP address is out of range? Try changing it in the TP-Link settings page to 192.168.0.11. Your last group of numbers starts with a '4' and shouldn't go above '2'. Can anyone confirm this?

Did you refer to this link? http://uk.tp-link.com/faq-227.html
Normally the IP address of the TL-WR940N should be the same segment, if your virgin media is 192.168.0.X, then the TL-WR940N should be 192.168.0.Y. And need to disable the DHCP on TL-WR940N.
